This team has been through the studio each of the last 3 years, and each year has had a drastically different look and personality to it. I also think that is part of the fun for me, the challenge to make sure we're doing something different each year, and the seniors are a big part of that. Seniors bring some of their thoughts and ideas to a consult here at the studio, and we've been fortunate to have come out with some solid ideas and themes.
